Eggs come to class!

Following up on our trip to see the chickens on Monday Mr Toogood came into Ash Class at the end of the day on Thursday to show up what the chickens had laid during the day.
The clever chickens had laid 8 eggs in all and we enjoyed holding them and seeing the egg that the Year 2 chicken Lucy had laid! Her egg was the darkest brown speckled one! We are now looking forward to putting together our posters about the school chickens and their delicious eggs . . .
