In Walnut Class this morning, Mrs Tatman introduced our new class book... by not reading any of it!

     

Instead, she showed us the front cover and asked us to predict what might happen in the stories.

                   

Then, she read the blurb to see if that added any ideas to our brainstorm.

      

We used these notes to write more detailed sentences. I wonder if anyone will have made predictions that are close to the stories that Michael Morpurgo wrote!
