We had to use our senses and adjectives to describe what was in the bowl without telling our friends!
It was smooth, wet and wiggly spaghetti!
Then we together read the poem 'Spaghetti, Spaghetti!' We worked with a friend to brainstorm ideas to write our own poem about our favourite food.
We changed our ideas into our own rhyming poems all about our favourite foods. We then read them to our buddy and wrote them into neat ready for a whole class book.
