Lots of fun on Wild West Day! RRS

We all had so much fun on Wild West day - but we also learnt loads too! From painting teepees to building totem poles, thinking what would be the best way to catch a salmon in the woods to doing a rain dance. Cooking cookies for our lunch to go with our hotdogs and corn to build up strength for our hoe down in the hall. Finally we got to go in our teepees in the hall and to admire the totem poles that we had made! It was fun to admire all our homework and share what we had done with our parents and brothers and sisters at the end of the day.

  1. It all looked fantastic. It was lovely to see the children so excited in the morning and so keen to show the parents what they had done. Everyone obviously worked very hard and it was so worth it.
