Thinking about Muslim Prayer

Year 2 are learning about Islam and how Muslims have to pray to Mecca several times a day to show their devotion to God. We decided to try and imagine what it would be like and so on the hour of every hour at school we turned towards the class room window and did some jumping.

It helped the children to understand the commitment to God that Muslims make.
